Well, a change of name is easy, and yes NASDAQ is behind. But the problem is they merged into a non-trading company, should have merged the non-trading into the trading. I know that sounds confusing, but the result is you lose your symbol unless it accompanies a 211. They might have just made a mistake in this regard, but this is what happened with MEIX and they had to cancel the merger to get their symbol back.
