well i wasn't saying you are.....and why is rudy a crook because what I'm thinking, and correct me if i'm wrong, is he acquired a shell the price was low, and he wanted to raise the price well lowering the O/S; the previous company's shareholders are not his responsibility, and what were you doing holding a stock that was changing ownership? trying a 'trick play'? correct me if i'm wrong but if this is the story, you guys are out of line imo
