I am sorry but you are wrong. If confidential information is going to be shared, disclosed, discussed, etc., I can tell you that an NDA will be present and everyone present at today's meeting will need to sign. Otherwise, you will be seeing the SEC coming down hard on all parties for violating insider trading rules/laws. If confidential is being shared openly by AquaGold and EDS and they are not providing an NDA, I would seriously question their actions.
