If Aquagold and/or Steve Weiss is going to present confidential information, I can guarantee you that everyone will have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. If they want an NDA signed and someone doesn't, then that person would be asked to leave the meeting. If anyone disagrees, you need to go back to law school and study harder. Oh and by the way, if confidential information were to be shared and an NDA was signed, then everyone including Aquagold would be in violation of insider information and violating SEC rules.
