". (Unfortunately, since Berman took my money and ran I can't afford to be a paying member anymore, so I must respond in public.)
It's also not like he's had any news to give you to post is it? I mean what kind of operational news would you be able to post? There are no operations and he has had a BK filing,,,, not much to PR right?
Do me a huge favor would you? Tell him his ocassional three word email responses are childish at best,,,, hurt his cause and please let him know that he has done his best to make all of these shareholders look forward to the day when they can greet him face to face in a court of law as his "strategic plan" unfolds in front of a judge. We've been mocked, spit on and made fools of by this CEO (CEO of what??? A cubicle filled with our cash???). Really looking forward to the opportunity to hear his story,,,, just hope I can still afford a plane ticket to the Federal court location.
