hey third!!! tx for the pm, i had figured out more or less what happened and i will be watching closely. I just felt that a bump is coming from dlav and i want to catch it.
As for the 'no debt' thing, well i got into Seaway and Dealer Adv and there were similar pronouncements then, along with frequent updates from those companies ... I won't say I got burned by either one, I just not hold 'em and fold 'em like I should have. I have your co on radar and am looking closely, but i have an unrealized 80% loss here and would like to get as much of that back as possible. I think it can be done in time to catch your train, too.
