OT walterc. Any idea how much the Willer acquisition cost and how the deal is going to be STRUCTURED? Post it on the AVNY board if you know. Off hand looks to be an acquisition to compliment AVNY Environmental Solutions Division. My first thought is, encouraging they got out of C-chip and are focusing on their core competency optical components, modules & environmental monitoring as there are synergies. Thanks
