I just spoke to Marc Applebaum. He is also one of NUBV's attorney's and a partner to Luke. I was only going to leave a message with him for Luke but he was open to talking to me briefly.
Bottom line is that NUBV plans on proceeding with production, etc and there are some big things to come. I told him a lot of stockholders are getting worried. He stated that they will put out a PR that will explain the company intentions, etc. I didn't ask him when but I got the impression he knows this is urgent and it will be done soon.
I don't want to go into details as I did not write down what we talked about and do not want to mis-quote him at all. But he was a really nice guy and assured me that everything will be ok and that it was done (Steve being removed) because things were not being done as they should have been under previous management. He became a hinderance to the growth of the company.
So just try and keep your chin up everyone. At least until we know more....
