Ricrado, When I read some of the legal news late last week, I felt I'd better defer putting in a buy at 39. I'm happy I did (right now, at least). I believe the legal krud will send it down some more. How much? I also believe it will hold it down for a time.
Generally, given market conditions, it seems to me no time to make any expensive purchases (and that goes for ingots, as well). I did spend nearly $5K a couple of weeks ago on 50K shares of a "penny" stock. I feel like Daddy Warbucks when that one goes up a half cent.
