The question is a little more complicated than that.. If a BP is wanting to buy out COR, then COR is probably worth buying..AND, there will probably be more than one suitor.. and the number of buyers will only grow as COR gets cheaper..
I think if a BPwants COR, they'll jump fast rather than wait for others to get in the mix.. the "wait until COR is dirt cheap" will most likely backfire..
