Kevin, I've been working with a legal malpractice firm to sue Hodgson Russ. Their advice got us de-listed and has caused everybody a lot of harm. Yesterday the malpractice firm stated they clearly committed malpractice. Now they are forming a strategy for the case. One strategy may be a class action for the shareholders. If we prevail, shareholders will be compensated from those funds whether or not the case is a class action.

I've spent 3 months working on background with them and need to coordinate their actions around our efforts. Once we sign an engagement agreement it will be announced. I hope we're close. They said the malpractice ws cut and dry. We are now gathering docs for them to formulate a strategy so we can win in court for the highest possible award.

Clearly Hodgson Russ' advise has caused us harm. We're trying to see if that can be proved in court , then everyone can be compensated in light of that.
