It was a good CC for ACEL.

Analysts from Bear Stearns and two other brokerage firms asked questions. To my knowledge this was the first time that Bear Stearns was on the call. Some players are paying attention now.

They need 3 more events to reach conclusion of FDA P3B trial. Within a month of that date they will publish the analyzed results.

In response to questions they reported strong anti-viral activities against HIV and Denque fever.

They said that Par Pharma is a partner now ... and will have imput on all decisons moving forward.

In response to a question if she has sold any shares ... the CEO emphtically said "Absolutely not". She spent over 100k of her own money to exercise options recently ... has not sold any shares ... and seemed genuinely angry that there was ever speculation that she did or might have.

They were very confident. They expect to file the NDA. It is a rolling NDA ... and they updated that all rolling work has been completed. They are awaiting the final analysis of the data upon completion of the trial.

It was a good CC.
