I do not know how many times I will have to answer the same questions -- it gets a bit tiresome. The Old Testament quotes you cite are for the Israelites under the Theocracy. No one else. Ever.

The New Testament quotes are for all of us. They refer to the difference in God's eyes between those who have their sins forgiven by accepting Jesus as their Lord and Savior and those who do not. The ones who have salvation in Jesus will spend eternity in Heaven (eternal life) while those who reject God's free gift of salvation will spend eternity in damnation -- spiritual death.
