Just took a quick look at HCPC's FL Documents and the last 4 Amendments were A/S increases. Last one being on 2/12/08 from 6b to 10b. Why buy back shares when you just recently increased the A/S by 4billion? No more Q's, just A/S Increases..... For what it is worth...
