OK then, 140mm newly issued shares for say $1.20 a share, that is more than all the fully diluted shares according to your read me first so it would be more than 50% post transaction and about $170mm. If GTCB is as valuable as we think it is, why isn't anyone doing this or some other control deal? I think GTCB would accept even if it means voting on authorizing more shares available if needed. Imagine how much faster and more valuable GTCB would be with $170mm more in the bank!
