They don't need ask any of the existing shareholders because Mr Turk has a Majority with his preffered stocks. There is no room for further dilution with 0,0002 x 0,0003 except they want increase AS to 5B and pump this one for a little but this way Turk will lose his Majority. I see only two options here - RS or MOMO!
