Oil is tankered to refineries and then trucked to the gas stations. Forget biofuels. Two things. Whats the greatest resource we have in abundance and what are it's components. Fuel cells produce 0 emmissions and their only byproduct is... water. It's irrelevant here though. What is relevant is IMO Panamersa will never produce one ounce of biofuel.
