I think EVERYONE has given them a "pass". They claim they are "incorporated". Ok, where then? The Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services discloses Cinemax isn't registered in Ontario. The Ministry also discloses they never even heard of the "CANADIAN CONSUMER AND RELATIONS OFFICE, BUSINESS REGISTRATION DIVISION". They disclosed they had a name change to the "Ministry of Government and Consumer Services" from a name that was somewhat similar years ago, but it was still different name, than "CANADIAN CONSUMER AND RELATIONS OFFICE, BUSINESS REGISTRATION DIVISION" - if that means anything. Regardless, Cinemax doesn't exist in Ontario, as Pappy claimed on the website they took down, per the Ministry.
Now the old WA corp change its' name to "Circa"? They've had plenty of "passes". Do their victims get refunds?
