Yes, you are sadly correct. Unfortunately, some of the individuals that were involved in this scam are very well connected. To date, good old Uncle Sam has done nothing but do its best to quash any kind of investigations into the Triangle scammers. I made a wager with the agent at the WA Securities Commission that the same will happen there. Yet, Cinemax WA did do a name change to "Circa" after I notified the WA Securities Commission that Cinemax Canada was making bogus claims to pinksheets that they were doing business in the WA shell to be quoted. We'll see what happens.
