4god, changing the authorized shares is simple. it can be changed tomorrow to 100 billion shares just as easily. This company has a history of making big increases in the AS. they went from 200M to 10B overnight.

the interesting part of the nevada submission is they still have not corrected the directors list. Why not? seems to me that they are hiding something.
