When I suggested reentry around $4 I also gave targets of first $8 and then $14, but I see no reason if exuberance returns to the market for HAUP to stop there. Exuberance could be 5 times sales expecte two years down, that can easily gat you to $40 and it is still going to be much cheaper than either TASR or NVEC (g).
