IBM is bouncing, but it takes more than it. The rest of the gang is coming to life as they gun it for new HODs. TRIN came down some, but sitting at 1.00. CSCO bounced. 1.5 hours to get us over 2003. No hope for the DJIA or NDX. SPX is already green for the year.
