Your misunderstanding of the statute is as dishonest and/or poor as your misunderstanding of ZYNX's cash position.

And don't cop out behind the warrants -- you made a statement about somebody telling you to invest in a company at Denny's that had $3k in cash and $600k in bills but "forgot" to mention there was another $700k that was part of an original financing a long time ago and certainly wasn't "forced" to exercise a thing.
