Question: why don't they take some of that billboard money and file some updated reports?? Also, here's what it says in the Pinksheets' company profile about them:

"International Broadcasting Corporation is a developmental stage broadcasting company that owns and operates a radio talk show called "Stock Talk LIVE." IBC is also a holding company, acquiring a growing portfolio of other publicly traded companies."

Other than that, nice uptick today... and I'm not bashing, just a curious outsider with questions.
