Lexus, I do expect the Jan lows in the SPX to be taken out by early April. If not, I would have to say Jan. 23 is the 4.5Y low for the SPX. But the price action coming out of Jan. 23 sure doesn't look like the start of a fresh 4.5Y cycle to me. Look at the last five week cycle since then: severely left translated despite to huge interest rate cuts.
