Thanks, brikk - I suppose I was attributing more bullishness to the 350K shares (than I should have) since I was assuming that they were paid for out of their pockets. In any case, I agree that the options really are the bigger "message", if Management were sending a message. Yes, the options would result in $4.5M if paid for all in cash.
