brikk - I could be wrong. I was also comparing the spreadsheet that one of our fellow posters (my apologies, I forget their name) created with a lot of work. Looking at that spreadsheet and the amount of shares in the filings, the 350K shares have been added to each officer's total holdings. BTW, I just noticed Joe's post as well from Vicker's. IMO, assuming that the open market purchase is correct, it speaks volumes for the confidence Management is expressing in their stock - even more so than granting options. They're putting their money where there mouth is aka walking the walk IMO.
