Looks like it, but don't inform the SEC, I had no inside information, just saw too many bids piled up just above $1.35 and at $1.35, I felt the "pressure". By the way for a good two hours after my exit it still traded between $1.34 and $1.36, anyone that was not a wavoid, could have gotten out. Now it is printing $1.10 and thus may go under $1 tomorrow.
