yeah jd, some of the guys have been kind enough to previously post the amex uplisting requirements, but frankly i don't trust my abilities enough to be sure when we hit every threshold. and like you, it seems i've been told we don't necessarily need a minimum pps if other factors are met. as b9 noted, surely one is shareholder equity. wonder what else we need? surely some kind poster will refresh us on what we're lacking . . .;) btw, heard anything on the joides flank?
