To set up "Happy Encounters" will require a website, AND building or business permits, equipment purchases, marketing plan, architectural and design plans, advertising and promotion. A year from now, we will be lucky if we have THE WEBSITE and have taken a couple of the above steps. This is a two to three year concept to reality project, at the BEST. IMO.
