I don't know much about it from what i know its a small place and most of the test are been done in Tel-AVIV, they also have around 10-15 worker`s or so .
its really a puzzle whats going in there company structured no one when to share any detail about that.
just to remained you i have no interest in them and i don't hold any shares.
i don't want to go against them and since its a PK stock no need to tell you that any thing can happened.
