Ok Dew, I guess this has been asked 100 times but for some reason I’ve missed it.

How is the price for ATryn set? I mean if it cost $3000 to get “X” grams from blood,

Why are they charging $30 instead of $300?

I know my figures may be wrong but I’m hoping the idea is clear.
