well, i would imagine that people ought to think twice before sending in your certificates to be converted to "gold PDR's".
first of all, the exchange doesn't work, and secondly, if they don't like something you post on here, they feel entitled to hold your money indefinitely. a person would have to be awful reckless to send them anything other than a christmas card.
sort of like the north korean "thought police" mentality.
