<Anemia with a bloody great (no pun intended) black box against chronic use is a game not worth the candle>

Why ?

If it's only against chronic use, then:

a) It will be used for the current indication (Anemia in UF, pre-surgery)

b) It can't be THAT bad to not have it seen in other settings off-label.
