What part of the PR shows that the company will restrict info to shareholders. Seems they are saying that they are going to make a better effort to respond quicker to share owners and only what to verify the identity of that person making the request. I have never been refused a response by the company. Has any other Share holder here requesting in a professional and polite manner been refused.

This part would be illegal. A Company can not restrict it's information flow to shareholders only. It is a violation of REG FD. Pedro needs to brush up on securities law before he breaks it too many times.

An effort will be made to ensure that all PNMS:PK shareholders have the ability to get information within seventy two hours of their request when properly requested and after verification of identity.
