Ah, I see, so surely Larry Wilcox would be included in the lawsuit. Nope, still don't see any lawsuits mentioning Larry. Oh yeah, he's indemnified anyways, so who cares whether he's included or not. Won't cost him a cent. But I do know that those shares Vaynter had came directly from Leonard Gotshalk. And I know that Kyle was trying to use shares to pay for everything from legal fees to dinner at Spago's. Larry stepped in and stopped it, but unfortunately, not fast enough to stop the Gotshalks from tanking the stock and not fast enough to prevent you from losing big. Oh well
