I called Etrade and spoke with compliance today and complained about the BMSN restriction. His advice was that I log into Etrade and under the comments section request that the restriction on BMSN be removed. He said that if enough Etrade customers leave a complaint/comment requesting BMSN restriction to be lifted then they will actually do so.

So I logged into my etrade account and left them a comment requesting that they lift the BMSN restriction. I ask that all of our Etrade students do the same. Even if you are not trading BMSN please leave the comment for me. Thank you!
