I have bunch of DELL computers. I have never known their service to be that good. I think IBM has a much better service level. I always thought of DELL's service to be mostly self service with someone to hold your hand, I betcha in this case they paid more for the IBM product to get the better service. You get what you pay for. I don't think this situation is a argument against outsourcing.
