#1. Proellex is classified as a SPRM, but its essentially a pure progesterone antagonist like Mifepristone. There are a number of studies showing statistically significant increase in mean hemoglobin levels after treatment with Mifepristone. So if the Proellex and Mifepristone studies have shown similar efficacy in treating anemia then I don't know why you would give it less then a 50% chance of success.

#2. JP has been extremely open and he's willing to answer any investor concerns unlike alot of presidents. $400K salary & bonus is reasonable with minimal option activity. What concerns do you have regarding management?
