Thats makes sense Rhubarb they could of diluted the stock to get money together for the w/o program but I have a feeling that they are buying these shrs up and/or the people involved that want to take this private ,Then when the timing is right the greedy plks will buy out the rest of the public float.

No company with two rebuilt work over rigs parks them when there is a huge demand for them right now in the USA
