Just a couple of Ideas.

Could this be an intentional business tactic to drive the cost per share down to be able to buy a ton of them back? And not releasing PR until they are satisfied with how many they have bought back? Does anyone know the current status of NVMG with the Native American Tribes they are working with?

What if the rigs are in operation and they are just stock piling oil?

Don't they have existing working wells in their portfolio?
