For Nostalgia-&-prior Buyout-Insight...

...I will tell my account of the true story of what 'really' happened (behind the scenes) which ultimately prevented the deal from moving forward with Kartex/Katrix, even though our company 'Administrators' continued to PR the deal well-after all chance likelihood had clearly dissipated, mainly by lack of certain ill-willed actions they had counted on.

It was an underhanded attempt by our; (dual agent, so-called 'Accountant') Sergey Salnikov and V. Makaraov (Slava) & G. Parkin; Our illustrious 'Administrators' of our beloved AURC company...

It will take some time to recall the order of actual events and to write with various details included, which also involved the Krong owner as a key element needed to do something by the 'Administrators' and rightfully didn't... but I will share this particular story among others in the future for optimum 'big-picture' enlightenment.

The story will be based on actual personal experience in working with a related Krong owner on an unrelated project at that time, rather than the direct AURC as-usual DD of research, however the corresponding DD from Eik confirming the dead-deal at about the same time therafter also confirms the ending result of the proposed ill-actions untaken.

A very-few of you here now, may continue to question my reflections of actual events for simple lack of understanding of my time-involvement and commitment herein; However, I feel the majority of long-timers will certainly recognize the plausibility of the actual events involving the actual participants and appreciate the 'background' to the circumstances of the prior deal.
