From what I understand from late last year is that we were going to merge with a designer, and it was about 50/50 ownership with the merger. No news on this but I thnk we aquired assets in the merger with this new symbol. The stock issued might be restricted. We need new products because western wear is limited. WE NEED EXPLANATIONS AND REASONS....
