And so it begins. The ignorance of some people is astronomical. The responsible thing for the judge to do in this case is to throw this lawsuit out.

All the defense would have to do is say "prove that we are causing global warming" and the prosecution would be done. They would have a hard enough time proving this without a little something that is a must to win a court case...evidence.
