Steven Goldberg
Chief Financial Officer
and Director
Mr. Goldberg was appointed our Chief Financial Officer, and a director of ours, upon the consummation of our acquisition of 1stAlerts, Inc., on April 14, 2005. Since that time, he has also been Chief Financial Officer, and a director, of First Info Network, Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary. Prior to this, Mr. Goldberg was Vice President of 1stAlerts, Inc., a position he held since July 2004. From December 2002, through the time he joined 1stAlerts, Inc., Mr. Goldberg was an independent management consultant. Prior to this, he was Operations Manager/IS Director for Comprehensive Capital Corporation, a broker/dealer, commencing in 1982.

Mr. Jacques Tizabi
Co-Chairman of the Board and
Chairman of the Executive Committee Mr. Jacques Tizabi, was elected Co-Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Mr. Tizabi is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Universal Detection Technology (UDTT.OB), a publicly traded company that manufactures a biological weapons detection device currently being used by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Mr. Tizabi is also a principal and co-founder of Astor Capital, Inc., a specialized investment banking and asset management company in Beverly Hills, California. He holds a BS degree from New York University and a MBA from Pepperdine University.

Kenneth J. Koock
Director Kenneth J. Koock, who spent more than 25 years in the brokerage industry and was former Vice-Chairman and Director of M.H. Meyerson & Co., has been elected Co-Chairman of the Board. At Meyerson Mr. Koock had oversight responsibilities for both their over-the-counter trading and their investment banking activities. He holds a BA from Duke University and a JD from St. Johns School of Law.


Michael J. O’Hara
Director Michael J. O’Hara, currently an executive at one of the country's largest defense contractors, will also be joining the Board. Mr. O'Hara was formerly Vice President of NetCurrents Information Services, Inc. where he was responsible for developing the FIRST real-time search technology. Mr. O’Hara was previously with Hughes Aircraft for more than 15 years in various key management and technical positions. He holds a BS in Physics (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Massachusetts, a MS in Physics from the University of Illinois, and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Doyal Bryant
Director Mr. Doyal Bryant, President and CEO of Scientigo.com, a publicly held Enterprise Control Management technology company (SCNG.OB). Mr. Bryant has over 25 years experience in senior corporate management positions with companies such as ZTEL, Premier Technologies, CommSouth, Talk.com, PrimeTec International and ATMNet. He holds a BS degree from Drury University and performed additional studies at Oxford University in England.


Marshall Sterman
Director Marshall Sterman, President of The Mayflower Group, a boutique private investment banking firm in the Boston area. Mr. Sterman has more than 40 years experience in the investment banking business and has served as a Director of numerous public companies. He holds a BS degree from Brandeis University and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
