TAKURI has known the business model here since long, long ago. all the information about the share structure has been in the filings, it's been no mystery that the company would issue shares to make accretive acquisitions. so for this poster to suddenly start ripping them for doing what they've always done, and always said they would do, is just silly. jmho.

"dilution" would be if the eps was being impacted negatively by a growing share structure. this is not happening at all.
