A LOI for 1 purchase and I would imagine this would value somewhere $.50+, and wait until they start landing some contracts on the L15 airship, which should be available sometime in June. All in all, I think it is safe to say this will be a great play for 2008 and beyond. Float is very manageable and slowly being accumulated by tight hands. When this gets pushed, I expect a domino effect and should be exciting. All IMHO of course.
