Nokia already made a statement that they doubt the patent infringement claims will be settled by the action in the Delaware court. I think this is probably posturing. Nokia is a giant and used to getting its way. It doesn't like Qualcomm, never did, and bad mouthed it in the late 90s as an impossible concept. They said cdma could never work. Now they hate to pay for a platform they so despised. It was hard for Ericsonn to settle with Qualcomm in 2000 and I am sure ir will be hard for Nokia to recognize the realty that the world is all cdma or soon will be. Either cdma or wcdma its still a Qualcomm baby.
Biz I hope you put in a reasonable price for your limit so you can get back in. I am sure there will be plenty of down days before the eventual settlement comes to fruition, so be patient and come back in, we miss you.
