The installation of the Anode Clamp is simply performed by inserting the Anode Clamp into the wire socket’s gap. When fully inserted, the locking dogs shall be activated by rotating the ROV handle located at the lifting tool by use of the manipulator. The Anode Clamp will then be locked as shown above. To obtain maximum electrical contact, 6 contact screws shall be activated and penetrated into the socket material. Tapered contact screw are also positioned on the locking dogs.
