Please re read the post You are also getting $5,000,000 worth of shares in KW. Those shares are real and they offset the reverse. The main thing is that all I'm trying to do is put us in a position to move forward ASAP. I'm out of cash. So who is willing to belly up to the bar with the $720,000 for 2008 ? If I had it I would still be putting it in, and of course then as long as I'm the only one taking the big risks then everyone is happy.

I'm sorry that we have to do this, I just can't see anyother way. the boat is loaded the contract solid, and we are out of cash... Ican float the next 30 days but then I'm finished, so I'm asking for your help.
